West guitar . . . circa 1965 . . . a good experiment gone haywire. Ben "Big Monkey" Ganner was hired by P.P.X. Enterprises to design a guitar for a new musician they just signed in the U.K. This is only the mule version of that instrument because the final was never commissioned. Big Monkey was told that the guy who was going to play it was the most innovative, crazy, talented bastard to ever pick up an electric guitar. Big Monkey was the "wizard" when it came to guitar mods and he left nothing on the bench with this one. Taurizers .. . Feldons . . . double flackos. However, P.P.X. never paid him, so he never finished it. He traded it for an old M.G. and two bottles of Crown Royal. It's only recently surfaced.
