We only do one-on-one direct to customer sales for the guitars since we feel you, as a customer, deserves our personal attention. Tony Cochran takes great pride in his work and wishes to maintain contact with others who share his vision.
All sales on custom commissions are final and custom commission deposits are nonrefundable. Other items are subject to a 48 hour approval unless otherwise noted. If the customer is not satisfied with the guitar, he / she must call TonyCochranGuitars at 614-457-2194 within 48 hours of the time of receipt of the guitar. The customer is required to pay all return freight charges, unless the product was damaged during shipping and insurance was applied. Products returned with the original guitar, packing materials, and in the same condition as shipped when purchased, will be issued a refund or exchange, as agreed upon by the purchaser and TonyCochranGuitars. Returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, handling costs, and import/ value added taxes if the guitar is returned from outside the United State and such fees are applicable. Payment method for the guitar and shipping will be determined by the customer and TonyCochranGuitars on an individual basis to best accommodate the needs of the buyer. Payment plans to hold a selected guitar may apply. The guitar will be shipped to the buyer within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment for the guitar.
All oprices quoted are in United States currency. Internatioal payment transferred to our financial institution must equal the price in USD. TonyCochranGuitars will pay the receiving fee for bank transfers.
