We only do one-on-one direct to customer sales for the guitars since we feel you, as a customer, deserves our personal attention. Tony Cochran takes great pride in his work and wishes to maintain contact with others who share his vision.
I am the sole builder of all of my guitars, they are all one-off & will never be repeated. I will only do a total of 300. They are now quite collectible and have greatly increased in value.
I don't, at this time, do commissions. Number 1 reason is we are selling everything I make right now. This is a good thing. There is a point in the creation of this art that I call OMG. This is where the guitar morphs into my final vision for it OR dissolves into a pile of guitar used-to-be. I simply can't bear the liability for destroying someone's guitar. If it's mine, it's not a problem, if it's yours, it might make you cry :-) Neither of us wants that!

Terms of Purchase
We only do one-on-one direct to customer sales for the guitars since we feel you, as a customer, deserve our personal attention. Tony Cochran takes great pride in his work and wishes to maintain contact with others who share his vision.
All sales on custom payment plans are final and deposits are nonrefundable if the buyer does not complete the payments. The guitar will be held as “Sale Pending” on the website until payment is complete.
Guitars purchased and shipped are subject to a 48-hour approval unless otherwise noted. If the customer is not satisfied with the guitar, he/she must call Tony Cochran Guitars at 614-457-2194 within 48 hours of the time of receipt of the guitar. The customer is required to pay all return shipping charges, unless the guitar was damaged during shipping and insurance was applied. Products returned with the original guitar, packing materials, and in the same condition as shipped when purchased, will be issued a refund or exchange, as agreed upon by the purchaser and Tony Cochran Guitars. All returns are subject to a 20% processing fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, handling costs, and import/value added taxes if the guitar is returned from outside the United States and such fees are applicable. Payment method for the guitar and shipping will be determined by the customer and Tony Cochran Guitars on an individual basis to best accommodate the needs of the buyer. Payment plans to hold a selected guitar may apply. The guitar will be shipped to the buyer within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment for the guitar. The guitar is prepared for shipping and boxed by a professional shipper. There is no hard case or gig bag since most buyers prefer to choose their own and this is not our specialty.

Additional modifications to a guitar, requested by the buyer, will result in additional payment for the modification and any new equipment requested, eg. Pickups, tuners, switches, etc. This will be determined on an individual basis. If the guitar is returned or payment is not complete, the modifications and any parts purchased by the buyer for the modification and forwarded to Tony Cochran Guitars, remains the property of Tony Cochran Guitars. Returns are subject to the 20% processing fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, handling costs, and import / value added taxes if the guitar is returned from outside the United State and such fees are applicable.
